Working with Jenny again was a pleasure. This was a family trip for 7 people, variety of interests and ages (we had four rooms). She was responsive to questions and was attentive to all our preferences. She provided valuable suggestions for when we arrived at the Island. We enjoyed our first Celebrity Cruise on the Beyond. Unfortunately, it was overshadowed by anxiety concerning Hurricane Milton because we live on the west coast of Florida, hence the "Good" rating as opposed to "Excellent". We had considered getting off the ship in Aruba, but wasn't sure if the flight would be cancelled. Our Travel Advisor was available to discuss this and offered any help she could. Fortunately, we had friends that surveyed the house and we only suffered minimal damage with torn screens. Other than that it was a great cruise and we were able to relax the rest of the week. We even met people from our home town in Maryland and exchanged info. to keep in touch. We have 3 additional Celebrity cruises that we booked prior to the cruise. We are looking forward to a land/sea trip to Europe in 2027 to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed our first Celebrity Cruise on the Beyond. My family and I celebrated my sisters surprise 40th cruise. If it wasn’t for Jenny, I am not sure we could have done this. She made planning so easy for 20 people. It was easy and hassle free booking my trip, no issues at all. We had a great time on the cruise and all the excursions Jen recommended on the trip.She also saved us alot of money with a price adjustment to the cabin she got for us after the trip was all ready booked a $400.00 savings I recommend cruise planners Jenny to anyone looking to travel, you wont be disappointed. As stressed out as we were planning a wedding, it was such a blessing to be able to rely completely on Jenny and Donny Wilson to plan our honeymoon! They were absolutely fantastic, planning every detail for us including the airline, the transportation to/from the airport, and the cruise itself! Jenny even helped by giving me suggestions for excursions and booking them for me so I did not have to worry about it. Jenny and Donny’s extensive first-hand knowledge is a true asset to anyone booking through them. This was only my second cruise and my husband’s first, so we had no idea what the islands were like and what sorts of things to do. It was great to be able to ask Jenny and Donny and they did not steer us wrong! We had a wonderful time and we will definitely use them for every vacation in the future! It was not any more expensive than booking it ourselves (in fact it ended up being cheaper!) and we were able to get onboard credits and the peace of mind that only comes from booking through a trust-worthy, knowledgeable agent.

Thank you Jen for making this one of the best trips we have ever been on. Traveling to Brazil has always been on our bucket list. But we didn't know where to start, where was safe to stay, etc. We left it to Jen and it was planned perfectly. From our flights, hotel on the beach and six day cruise up the Brazilian coastline, everything was perfectly planned. She even helped us our travel visas. She is a true professional and will definitely use her services every time we travel. Using a travel agent doesn't cost any more than booking yourself on-line but it does save you time and offers upgrades that are not available otherwise. Jenny Wilson is an incredible travel agent . She works very hard for her clients to make sure that there vacation is exactly what they are looking for. Jenny is not afraid of hard work. She gets back to you very quickly, and is willing to do hours of research to answer any and all questions the client might have. Jenny has given me suggestions and or alternatives to my original plan and it did make a difference in how I booked my trip. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have “found†Jenny in 2012. I would like to take this time to thank Cruise Planners for such a wonderful vacation. Jenny and Donny are always there when you need them anytime of the day. They provided us information on all the islands the cruise stopped at. This was very helpful to us because we never been to any of the islands before.
